AAVE Price Eyes $1,000 Target as Buyback Plan Builds

  • AAVE Price remains above the crucial $60-$80 support zone.
  • Aave confirmed $134 million in annualized protocol revenue.
  • Aavenomics 3.0 will introduce an automated AAVE buyback mechanism.

AAVE Price remains in focus after analysts highlighted a long-term accumulation zone while Aave founder Stani Kulechov outlined new token-focused initiatives. At press time, AAVE traded near $90.03, down 4.60% over the past 24 hours. Despite recent weakness, market participants continue watching critical support levels alongside upcoming protocol developments.

AAVE Price Technical Structure Signals Key Decision Point

According to analyst Crypto Pah.etel, AAVE Price is trading above an important high-timeframe support zone between $60 and $80. The chart shows a liquidity sweep followed by a reaction from a multi-year ascending trendline that has remained intact since October 2023.

The analyst believes the current setup resembles a classic re-accumulation phase after a correction of roughly 76% from the all-time high. Price is compressing between descending resistance and rising support, a structure often associated with breakout attempts.

Patel suggested upside milestones at $200, $350, $600, and $1,000, while stressing these targets are based on technical analysis rather than guarantees. A weekly close below $60 would invalidate the current bullish structure and weaken the outlook for AAVE Price.

AAVE Price Gains Fundamental Support From Revenue Plans

Aave founder Stani Kulechov addressed speculation surrounding the project and reaffirmed that the protocol has no plans to sell AAVE at a significant discount.

He stated that 100% of protocol revenue and GHO revenue flows to the Aave DAO under the Aave Will Win proposal. Revenue from products including Aave App, Aave Pro, and Swaps also benefits the token ecosystem instead of Aave Labs.

Kulechov added that the protocol currently generates approximately $134 million in annualized revenue. He also confirmed that the team is developing Aavenomics 3.0, which will introduce an automated and non-discretionary buyback mechanism for the AAVE token.
