- Litecoin approached $75 after clearing the former $64–$65 resistance area.
- Patel’s $500 to $1,000 targets are speculative long-term projections.
- Heavy network transfers do not establish how much spot buying occurred.
Litecoin price traded near $74.20 in a September 24 price snapshot after briefly reaching $74.77, putting $75 resistance within reach. The token stood about 20% above its daily open and had cleared the former $64–$65 ceiling. Analyst Crypto Patel revived a $500 to $1,000 long-term forecast, citing gains from his $40 accumulation area. That projection remains separate from the immediate breakout test.
Litecoin Price Tests $75 After a Golden Cross on Daily View
The daily price data put the 50-day average near $51.33, just above the 200-day average at $50.67. Traders call this a golden cross, though both lines lag price.
A sustained move above $75 would bring $78.13 into view. The daily AO reading of 8.47 suggests momentum has improved, but it cannot establish a breakout.
Crypto Patel said the Litecoin price was about 90% above his $40 accumulation zone. He repeated $500 to $1,000 as long-term targets after a July call for $500.
Reaching either figure would require a far larger move than the current rally. He gave no near-term timetable.
Litecoin Network Activity Rises as Leverage Builds Near $75
The Litecoin Foundation reported more than 17 million LTC moving across the network in 24 hours, worth over $1 billion. Transfers measure network activity, not purchases on exchanges.
A CoinGlass snapshot showed futures open interest above $500 million and potential liquidation bands around $75–$77. Those bands mark exposed positions, not liquidations already recorded.

If the Litecoin price slips below $71.88, the next marked levels are $68.75 and $65.63. The $64–$65 area had capped earlier gains and could act as support on a pullback. A fall beneath it would return LTC to its previous range, despite the golden cross.
LitVM aims to add smart contracts to Litecoin, while Coinbase allows eligible users to borrow against LTC. Neither development establishes a link to September 24 buying.
The Litecoin price still needs a sustained move through $75; the four-hour BBP reading of 15.07 alone cannot confirm it.
