- PUMP price has climbed 170% from CryptoPatelās reported entry zone as the token trades near $0.003126.
- Pump Fun co-founder Noah Tweedale says users prioritize smooth experiences over blockchain decentralization.
- Tweedale points to Solanaās activity growth as evidence that usability can outweigh infrastructure design.
Pump Fun co-founder Noah Tweedale has challenged one of cryptoās core principles, saying decentralization matters less than user experience. His comments come as PUMP price trades near $0.003126, according to CryptoPatel, representing a 170% rise from the reported entry zone. Tweedale said users ultimately care about products that work smoothly. He described himself as a āmassive bear on decentralizationā during an interview with Crypto Insider.
PUMP Price Gains as Pump Fun Prioritizes User Experience
Tweedale argued that crypto could follow the internetās development, in which companies controlling entire technology stacks eventually gained greater user adoption. He said the Pump Foundation focuses primarily on delivering a strong user experience rather than maximizing decentralization.
The co-founder used Solana and Ethereum to support his argument. He said activity has shifted toward Solana partly due to what he considers Ethereumās weaker user experience.
Pump Fun operates on Solana and focuses on rapid memecoin creation. Its business model depends heavily on transaction activity, speed and low user friction.
Meanwhile, PUMP price has moved higher from the accumulation zone previously identified by CryptoPatel. The analyst currently cites targets of $0.005, $0.0087, $0.015 and $0.023.
CryptoPatel also said the higher-timeframe accumulation base remains important for the broader setup. The comments came alongside the reported move to $0.003126.
PUMP Price Outlook Meets Debate Over Blockchain Design
Tweedaleās comments place usability at the centre of the wider blockchain design debate. His position suggests that ordinary users may pay less attention to validator structures or governance models.
Instead, factors such as transaction speed, fees and application design can shape where users transact. Solanaās growth in retail-driven activity provides the main example cited by Tweedale.
Pump Fun has also generated substantial activity since launching in 2024. Its platform has reportedly generated more than $1.2 billion in cumulative revenue.
The platformās activity gives Tweedale a direct view of user behaviour onchain. It also provides a commercial incentive to prioritize speed and accessibility.
For PUMP, the reported rally comes even as the token remains below the higher targets outlined by CryptoPatel. The analyst has maintained a bullish view while the longer-term accumulation base holds.
