Shiba Inu Rolls Out Major ShibaSwap Upgrade With DeFi Tools

  • Cross-chain swaps now available across Ethereum, Polygon, and Base networks.
  • “Positions” dashboard merges all liquidity pools into one interface.
  • Liquidity creation simplified with a three-step standardized user process.

The Shiba Inu development team has released a redesigned version of ShibaSwap. The update includes a unified trading module placed directly on the homepage. This module allows users to carry out both same-chain and cross-chain swaps in one interface.

Cross-chain swaps between Ethereum and Polygon are already operational. Support for additional networks like Arbitrum and Base has also been added. According to community updates, Shibarium integration is currently being developed to extend trading options further.

Liquidity management features have been overhauled. A new dashboard named “Positions” combines both legacy V1 pools and the newer V2 concentrated liquidity pools. This allows users to manage all positions from one screen without separating older and newer pools.

The process of adding liquidity has also been standardized. It now involves three consistent steps regardless of pool type, which reduces user confusion and encourages more participation.

Advanced Analytics and Mobile Optimization Introduced

An interactive section called “Explore” has been added to the platform. This tool gives access to key metrics like liquidity depth and trading volume across networks. These features, previously reserved for advanced users, are now available to all.

Lucie, a Shiba Inu ecosystem representative, said, “The new ShibaSwap brings a true multi-chain experience, with Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Base fully supported.”

The routing system enables users to choose between cost efficiency or faster trade settlements. All pool positions can be adjusted without disrupting the underlying assets, which helps users retain their base investments while collecting fees.

The platform has also been optimized for mobile use. Navigation has been made more intuitive with cleaner layouts and faster performance across devices.

ShibaSwap’s redesign is aligned with other ecosystem changes like the Leash V2 migration. These updates aim to improve user experience and support decentralized governance as the Shiba Inu ecosystem continues to evolve.
